For anyone looking into great diets and exercise, plans such as this one will give you tremendous results!
Consistency is the key to any diet. This is my diet and exercise routine for today.
6:00 A.M. - 2 Scoops 100% Whey Protein in Skim Milk
9:00 A.M. - 4 Egg Whites and Bagel
12:00 P.M. - Pre-workout Meal(8 oz chicken breast and 2 scoops peanut butter)
2:00 P.M. - Exercise Session(Listed Below)
3:30 P.M. - Post-workout Meal( 2 Scoops 100% Whey Protein in Skim Milk and 8 fl oz Gatorade)
7:00 P.M. - 8 oz chicken breast with steamed veggies
9:30 P.M. - Small cup cottage cheese + 2 fish oil capsules + multivitamin
Exercise Routine for Sunday:
Flat Bench Press - 3 sets of 8 reps
Incline Bench Press - 3 sets of 8 reps
Dumbbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 8 reps
Dumbell Flyes - 3 sets of 8 reps
Skullcrushers aka Barbell Lying Triceps Extension 3 sets of 8 reps
Dips - 3 sets of 8 reps
